Are you pointing on the missing buttons Simulate et cetera? It seems you use the DIO tools extension & maybe have low screen resolution. So, open the icon of green octopus (top right corner of the UI), go to the Layout tab and uncheck the first option called Simulator. Congratulations, the issue should be fixed.
