There is again a member cap but this time much higher
How high it is that I don't know that we will know this evening or tommorow

Why do you know that? We only know, that it can be resetted and that in the next days it will be opened to more players

We don't know when World 3 will open for more players. There will be an announcement for it, but it may take several days or a week or more even. It's whenever the major bugs get fixed.

The answers has been given several times and if you read the announcement it is in it =)
World will be close today and re open whenever it is ready.
On the French forum I read that it will be close around two and open later on, but i haven't found reliable sources that says that the world will re open on the same day, all we can do is to stay alert to not loose our spot

But yes as your say yourself. closed down for bug fixing and so on. And then just maybe open again later.
