Fixed Eventy Incarnation: Recipe reward error

Reproduction steps:

1. .Try to open the event window after creating my very first recipe.

Detailed error description (What you see):
I just though of making some recipies, but looks like the first one I selected was..... a bug!!!!
I created the first recipe and then closed event window to try and select town to deploy spell.
Once I located a town, I tried to open the event and each time I press on the event icon to open the event, I get this error..... "Have to collect reward to get a new one" !!! as if I am trying to create a new one....

If I use it it is casted on target town with no issues.

How it should be:
It should open the event window with no error or give this error if someone tried to select ingredients for example while still a pending gift to get....
