Fixed Incantation circle - internal error

Reproduction steps:

1. open Incantation circle event
2. use any items (doesn't matter which items/combination you use)
3. click "conjure"

Detailed error description (What you see):
I get the error message "an internal error has occured"
How it should be:
I should be given blood points aswell as a item.
