Fixed Batllepoints reset to 0 (visual)

Reproduction steps:

1. .Login
2. .enter world
3. .Read the battlepoint on the right side of the screen under Hero coins

Detailed error description (What you see):
The counte rof the battlepoints under the hero coins on the right side of the UI displays 0

How it should be:
Should be shown a certain amount of Battlepoints. Even if there is shown 0, i can still organise victory processions

I can confirm the issue for zz2 and zz12 - just wanted to report the same. Victory processions can still be started, both in the Agora and the culture overview, but no battle points are displayed in the UI.

With Dio Script you can see the possible Victory processions.

this information also survives CC and delete local browser cache
