Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Unable to reset Quick Bar

I just tried to Reset the Quick Bar, the reason being only a Maximum of 6 items is permitted.
So I clicked RESET QUICK BAR, got an on screen message, asking if I was sure, clicked YES, got a message saying
"The Quick Bar has been RESET" .

Problem it has not reset, original 6 items still there, i want to create a SUB MENU, so I can add the Barracks, Harbor, etc.
But to do that I need to reset the quick bar, please advise, why I get a "Quick Bar" reset message, but it does not reset....

The codes for the various buildings is contained in the WIKI, 17 choices.
Select Game Interface:
Select 1.2 Top Bar.
Select 1.2.4 Quick Bar.
Follow the instructions.

I just discovered the RESET Quick Bar is to set it to the Game Default 6 items.
You have to Click on an existing item, say SENATE, then click the "X" for DELETE.
Do this for each item, then you can have 6 empty slots and restart with your NEW choices, if you want more than 6 you need to create a new item, then create a SUB MENU off of it.

Sorry for assuming it was a bug, my error.
Everyone take note of the correct procedure so you learn from my mistake.
