Looks like there is a text inconsistency on quest rewards from the app.
While from the browser the quest says:
Level IX reward increase production by 2250% for 2 days and 6 hours !!!!!
same quest in browers :
gives IV level reward with 1000% increase for only 6 hours!!!
Also even if reward is accepted from the app, you get the IV level reward (1000% for 6 hours).
Sounds like app issue on displaying correct quest reward level!!!
