Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce no bubbles on blessed cities

Reproduction steps:

1. go to settings -> Map and deactivate "Show beginner's protection"
2. look at the Map and see no bubbles on blessed cities
3. .

Detailed error description (What you see):
no bubble on blessed city

How it should be:
bubble on blessed city

I don´t know if the bubbles will only be displayed when the beginners protection ends.

Yep, the bubble should be activated as soon as the beginner's protection is over.

I'll keep this thread Awaiting feedback, let us know if the bubble will not appear even after the protection time
