Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Ladons: New population count

Reproduction steps:

1. . With today´s update the announced changes to Ares were implemented
2. . Ladons now only need 85 population instead of 180, (theoretically) resulting in additional 95 free population per Ladon in Ladon cities.
3. . That return of free (and now superfluous) population worked on zz21 where I now have around 1900 free population in a respective city - but it did not work on zz20, see screenshot (no user scripts, cache deleted, F5 and Ctrl + F5 pressed). The farm window shows correct numbers for population currently used by military (20x85=1700) and buildings (647), but sums them up to a wrong total of 4247 current population, leaving only 69 available while 1900 additional population should have been released after the change.

Issue has been resolved last night - maybe via script (as in similar cases in events)?

The population change isn't retroactive, but now it should be fine
