Fixed Improved attack, not visible.

Improved attack, is not visible (in the Sea (or Land) Attack window).

However, it is active and works correctly.

I've also noted this problem, but fortunately it works correctly. I think it is only a graphical problem.

Does it happen only with Improved Attack or did you have find some other powers affected?
