Thanks for the report, developers are already aware of this issue.

Seems that after conquesting a town it still benefits from old owner's bonuses.

Let us know if you still experience some of these issues and many thanks for your bug reports that allowed us to fix them quickly.

Alliance rewards are not restored to a players´ city after a siege has been broken.
 
The siege was broken when only the first two alliance rewards were active on the city, and those first two effects were not restored to the city after the siege was broken. Thus I have four rewards active in all other cities, but only the rewards 3 and 4 on the city mentioned (city ID 11759 on zz5).

This is a general issue not only experienced by me, and it occurs on the live worlds as well.
