Fixed City foundation wrong arrival time

Bugfix was announced in yesterday's daily changes - but the issue is not resolved.

On my computer it is working, can you try a cache clean? Ctrl+F5 should probably be enough.

Firstly, what exactly has been fixed? Doesn't it mean that the arrival time was before the update displayed e.g. in UNIX time?

Before the update, the tooltip was showing 2:00:00 everytime. Now it displays the correct arrival time.

Well, maybe I should not have chosen 2:00:xx as an arrival time when testing it...
