Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Casting a spell

Hey! In one of my city, i used the spell "Call of the ocean" and used "Ritual: Summoning the Nereids" but it doesn`t accelerate the construction time for my ships in the city or takes of the 30% resourses. Have also had the same problem with casting the spell "Population growth"

Okay, should have realised that, but the I still have the problem with the acceleration, cast the spell before i recruited. Did I do that wrong?

After you cast the spell, on that town, you'll see recruiting time halved.

I don't see any issue, for me it's working properly. Can you tell me the town where you used population growth? I only see one with call of the ocean.
