Fixed Can't see arrival time

(Bug found on desktop version)
Browser: Firefox 52.0.2 (32 bit)

Steps to reproduce:
I take my mouse to movement list
I take my mouse to attack icon in movement list
I don't see popup with absolute time

Detailed error description (What you see):
I can't see absolute arrival time for supports, attacks and revolts in movement list (popup window). I can see time of support or attack when I click on it, but I can't see absolute times for revolts.

For now, by clicking on the movement icon you can see the arrival time from the relate window, but yes, I can reproduce the issue.

Unfortunately, I can't get relate window for revolts. Only for attacks and supports...
