Dear Community,
today we deployed the first daily update to the version 2.156.

For a quicker reference, this post is empty for the first day, and will be updated in order to have every update grouped at the same place so stay tuned!

New Features and Changes

• Community Request: After a suggestion from our community, we changed the way the crown is displayed on the players' profile. Instead of having only the laurel for everyone and a crown for the players who won a world, we will now display a different crown based on how many worlds the player has won!

• The following heroes are no longer exclusive, and you can find them in the daily heroes rotation:
  • Medea
  • Daidalos
  • Telemachos
• Sandbox 8 only: The command menu has received an architectural rework that should fix some rare issues and improve the overall performance. At the moment this change has been deployed on zz8 only and if everything runs smoothly the deploy will be expanded to the other beta servers as well. Please, let us know if you find any kind of anomaly!

Bugfixes

• Temple - When switching a god in the temple, one of the warnings was repeated twice.
• Winter Grepolympia - The final interstitial had a blank image.
• Winter Grepolympia - Fixed some issues that caused some athlets get trained before the respective discipline start and other side effects on the awards.
• Winter Grepolympia - The laurel tiers were not correctly handled when a player scored the exact value of the threshold (e.g. 70 laurels were given instead of 80 for 2350 points on biathlon, instead of 80).
• Command Menu Bubble - Orders are missing after switching town.
• Tutorial Quest - The description of the quest "A Monumental Task" didn't clearly state that the two special buildings must be on the same city.

Dear community,

After recent feedback we received after implementing the new crown functionality on beta worlds and announcing the change for all live worlds, we decided to postpone the release of this new feature in favor of reworking the existing graphics:

• Community Request: After a suggestion from our community, we changed the way the crown is displayed on the players' profile. Instead of having only the laurel for everyone and a crown for the players who won a world, we will now display a different crown based on how many worlds the player has won!

It was not our intention to devalue the existing golden crowns by turning them into bronze ones. However, a progression in value of material is required to let the icons speak for themselves. Therefore we will change the crowns to become gold, platinum, diamond and divine.

The changes will be rolled out in version 2.157. Please stay tuned for the changelog announcement for this version to see the new graphics.
