Duplicate Wrong quest tasks.

Hi!

I'm playing at Sandbox.

It's impossible to complete certain quests.
It is possible for other worlds (eg. Test), but not for Sandbox.

Eg. a quest's task is: "Upgrade the warehouse to level 35".
I've built this building to the max and it is at level 30.
It can't reach level 35.

Is fixed now.
This quests popped up by mistake. They are only available on "extended worlds".
