Nope, only farm islands

As I see it, not all farming islands have world wonder sites. Is that correct?

And when I click on a world wonder site I see the second "Tick box": "Your alliance controls all cities on this island checked even though the island has several alliances and non-allied players with cities on the island.

Is there something wrong with that indication?
