where can I see how much CULTURE POINTS I have?

CULTURE POINTS.

if I want to take my second village i need to research colony ship and enough culture points. but how can I get culture points and where can I see how much I have it?

I am now researching colony ship in the academy after that I will make one colony ship. and than can I take over other player village?

my Cultural level: 2 and Cities: 1/2
I think this mean I have enough points tp take one more village.

You can only take over another player's village if you have researched 'conquest' in the academy (available from level 28)
Just a colony ship isn't enough for that
