the same that would happen when there is a second between the attacks only that you don't know which arrives first

It is highly improbably for such an event to occur. The time is calculated down to more milliseconds than is displayed on the screen.

If by chance 2 attacks were to land at exactly the same time, the one with the lower process number will hit first. The other attack will immediately follow.
