How is it possible to do a island Quest warehouse the max and all the things to make a max off 30600. The island Quest ask for 32400??????

You have not to do it in one step. It can be paid in a few steps. For example, the first City paid 30.600 Ressources and the next City the remaining 1.800. Or you deliver to the first city the remaining ressources and pay it in a second step later on.

@Mim le Fay is right, you can send those resources in multiple batches if your warehouse is not big enough
