This is utterly irritating and it's been around for so too long and it seems fixable so easily that I've begun to wonder if the devs ever noticed it at all.
This is highly ambiguous! Many players will have no idea from which of their cities the support has been recalled to or if this means that someone else is sending their units back that had been supporting.
Suggestion:
Please change these recall reports to include the city where the support has been pulled from and use bbcode citylinks.
Also include to whom those units belong and do it in good English that cannot be misunderstood this easily.
Reports title should include both city names, report body should include both as well, but bbcoded.
i.e.:
"Injector911 is returning your troops in Backdoar to Giveittome"
or
"Taliban007 recalled their support from MildewTarget back to CIA-Central"
