And when selected give an overview window on how the population is actually employed.

Yeah,you can calculate this but I think it would be a nice to have ingame feature.

The hotlink would already be there: Click on the Farm. On the left, there is a box where there's space for the additional info you requested. In fact, this info is already being displayed, but only to ingame moderators.
