Hope is not an error..You need to clarify..so far I've Always get a report..do you remember this..this small square at the bottom right of the screen..the Gold is on my Account..I am concerned with the notification..I miss this notification..

You can enable/disable the reports on the right of the screen by the settings.. if I understand your problem..
