Fixed Quest issue

Steps to reproduce: only happen once, but closed and reopened quest window and restarted browser

Detailed error description (What you see): says quest progress 100% complete on left but clock is still ticking down on the right; when window is closed get the check mark that quest is complete

How it should be: both sides should match

when i opened the window, there were only two minutes still on the clock, so annoying but not a big deal; in longer (9 or 12 hr) quests, a bigger problem

It looks like a "wrong" rounding, as the timer is more close to 100% than 99%.

I'm not sure if we can flag it as a bug, but in fact as long as you don't wait the full time, makes sense that the progress shouldn't reach 100%.

arci, wasn't a big deal, as it was close to done
just wanted to let ppl know there was a situation
as i said, it would have been more of a problem if it said it was done and still had hours to run
even if it goes in a file, just so someone knows it CAN happen
