Dear Players,
In the past days we have received reports from some Android users regarding problems with the app after updating it to version 2.104. To address the problem and fix it we need your help. Please follow the steps given below and if you happen to have issues with the app on your Android device please comment below.
For users having issues with stuck on white screen with InnoGames logo:
1. Ensure app version is at at least 2.104.1
2. Try with wifi connection
3. Wait for 90 secs on white screen to see if it continues eventually
For users that Google Play says device is incompatible:
1. Specify device
2. Specify Android version
3. Specify which Play Store market (country)
For users who can’t login:
1. Check market is correct (button in top right corner)
Temporary solutions which might help for those of you who received info that the device is not compatible with the version are:
1. Clearing Google Play Store's data from your phone and then trying to install Grepolis. To do this, go to Settings > Application Manager > All > Google Play Store > Clear data.
2. Re-installing the whole Google Play Store App. Do do this go to Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store > uninstall updates. After that try to install Grepolis again.
