Please update the World 3 description

I recently made a bug report on Long term Spell duration which turns out not to be a bug. The game speed is 4.01 but the forum description lists it as 4. This would have saved me the time in preparing the report if the displayed speed was correct, but it has also uncovered the fact that the forum is the only source of this information.

I have made a suggestion that this information be made ingame on the main forums, but I ask that the current description be updated to prevent false bug reports in future.

Either speed will be restored to 4.0 or description changed to 4.01. It will be changed today.

What about the time for build-up? Is it possible that time for construction was extendet?
