Fixed No command overview and no report

Steps to reproduce:

Detailed error description (What you see): I send an attack . For this attack I dont get a report . As I can see the city must be on revold but I don;t see it at the command overview . Also the troops are not show that they are coming back

How it should be: Report of the attack and the the troops monements.

Can you please give us more details?

I tried to reproduce it (just by revolting a town) and everything worked, revolt started and displayed on commands, report delivered and so on.
