Well simple logic tells you that Night Bonus can't be ON, if players who are playing on .net are from Japan, Australia, New Zealand, America, etc. where they have time zones, when Night Bonus is actived.
It means when those players are actually online, they have Night Bonus activated.
Plus, as said, this is international version, where all country players can play on.
