Night bonus, how does it work?

Hello to everybody,

I don't understand one thing. The night bonus!

If a player attack from greenwich (example) and his attack arrive at 17:55:00 (example), the night bonus should not be active.
But if the player that recive the attack live in Sydney (example)? There, the night bonus should be active, because:

17:55:00 in Greenwich = 03:55:00 in Sydney.

So, how does the Night Bonus work?

You can always hoover your mouse over the place where time is displayed in upper left corner of a screen. Then a tooltip will appear showing a server time. Right now it is few minutes past 9 PM.
