Reproduction steps:

1. . I want publish 6 reports (attacks to my towns) by multi-publish, but I have a lot of support reports between them
2. . I check 6 reports, push button "Publish"
3. . I have 1 or 2 reports published

Detailed error description (What you see):
I can't publish many reports if there are many other reports between them

How it should be:
I should publish all repors I want or I should have information that I can publish reports from only 1 page (for example)

The reports are apparently treated differently in importance.

but you can't publish support reports... if you want to publish 1 support report - you can't do it at all

Yes you are right, is you select more reoprts and than change the page and select another it will be publish the one from the active page.
Next time please be more specific with the server. Beta doesn't have the ru66 server which you mentioned

I know. but I think it's the problem of all servers...

Understand, but please keep in mind that beta servers are more often updated and just after the updates are here allright goes to live markets. So please test also on beta server the issues.
