How are divided battle points to supporting players?

How are counted movement boosts, e.g. lighthouse... is this percentage always counted from base travel time? Or are they stacked as they are enabled?

What is the main purpose for recently added limit on gold trade?

When must be activated the effect "Improved attack"? Before sending of attack or it can be enabled after?
