Restart Problem

I did a restart but after the initial city loads including all graphics if I try to look at other cities as it shows 3/9 in Agora all i get is a blank page no graphics

Cant see how to post in Bug Tracker so thats why its here.

Am using Google Chrome and Vista

@ LOEWEvonSIGMA I send the bugs when i found it. But not here in forum. Why should i do that? I send it to support. Thats our counterpart.

I find that quite unacceptable. I ´m deeply offended.

when everybody send a ticket to support then we need not the forum lol
but good idea i send every bug via ticket and make a mysterious hour
1. is the bug confirmed
2. is the bug jira submitted
and
3. is the bug fixed
support says a lot when the day is long because so i do not think everything

i will see it with my OWN EYS what is the status of the bug
