Fixed Grepolympia Bonus 3

Ich vermisse den 3. Bonus mit erhöhter Ressiproduktion in meinen Städten auf Sandbox 1, Sandbox 2 und Sandbox 5. Ich hätte den Bonus überall erhalten müssen.
Er wird oben nicht angezeigt.
Auch die Ressipruduktion ist nicht höher. Weder beim Draufhalten der Maus noch tatsächlich.

I miss the 3rd bonus with increased resource production in my cities on Sandbox 1, Sandbox 2 and Sandbox 5. I should have received the bonus everywhere.
It is not displayed above.
Also the resources are not higher. Neither when holding the mouse nor actually.
