i have had the same offer and as far as i can see its a sale tactic lol basically its possible to buy gold in sandbox worlds still and some people do buy extra gold including myself from time to time as it can not only be used to pay for premium but also for trading in market and halving construction time as i assume you,d already know mate basically there saying that for the next however long the offer lasts you will recieve 40 percent more than you would normally recieve if you purchase coins during the offer time
