Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce "Battle Experience" and spells

Reproduction steps:

1. Have "Battle Experience" researched in your Academy
2. Attack another player
3. The other player enacts a spell that destroys some units (e.g. "Zeus' Rage" or "Sea storm")

Detailed error description (What you see):
You lose units, but you don't get any battle points instead of the 10% that should be given from the research.
How it should be:
The research doesn't tell us that the troops have to be involved in a fight. You lose units. You should get 10% battle points.

The research is applied on battles only, so units lost from those powers are not counted for the bonus

That's what I thought of anyways, but shouldn't the text in the Academy be more detailed?
Something like "You receive additional battle points for 10% of your lost units during battles"
