world settings

hello friends,
what I want to know is, how are your world settings at the moment?
I come from Germany, and we only have slow worlds, with only speed one ore two, since January we do not have any speed 3 world, and the worsest!!! nearly every world is with Moral!!!
So awful, that I began to play here in sandbox, to get a good setting!!!
Do you have the same problems in your Country?
