what the heck with vacation mode

Hello!
I switched on vacation mode in 'rise of heroes' on last week of august.
now i want to come back to the game, and i can neither find the world, not can comeout of vacation mode

i tried to switch off vacation mode by logging into some other new world but i cannot, it says i cannot join a new world without ending vacation
but how to end it!!
and where is my rise of heroes account! what happened to zz2!!!!

unless someone has copied the last ranking, not..... eventually the support can give information
