Acknowledged Warning in case of potential loss of resources

Reproduction steps:

1. .I first casted a spell "Ritual Wedding among aristocrats"
2. .Then I started casting wedding spells on a town to fill warehouse
3. .

Detailed error description (What you see):
Surprisingly on the full warehouse alert I started see decimal!!!
Decimal might exist on the background of the game, but on the alerts to the player we always used to see rounded numbers!!!

Now sure if this is a side affect of teh new event or the ritual, but I have a feeling this is a ritual issue.
Unfortunately ritual last for 8 hours... so will have to wait for it to finish to check...

How it should be:
Alert should display rounded numbers. (or at least not 14 decimal!!)

I tested and worked just fine. We will wait for more feedback from other players, until then please test it without any tool activated.

The issue seems to be related to the calculation of the 5% from the warehouse capacity, which is a decimal number if the capacity is not a multiple of 20.
