* Multiple messages can be reported even if they belong to the same topic

Bugfixes:
* Unit Overview now shows the correct units when supporting multiple towns
* If vacation mode is active it is not possible to register on a new world
* Fixed a layout bug in the internal alliance announcement box
* Fixed a bug where god favor was displayed wrong with Internet Explorer
* E-Mail "Town is missing you" will no longer be sent when a player is in vacation mode
