Duplicate temple movement not showing

You only see movements on temples your alliance owns. During the siege you cannot see any movements (besides your own) in the temple info window, and it seems a bit strange that those movements are visible in that new "temple movement indicator" in the UI.
But since the new feature was not announced and described in the changelog, we don´t know whether this behaviour is intended or not.

The main frame of the temple window showing "No active commands on this temple" still needs a rework. I'll push it again to the rest of the team.
