Is there a support group on Sandbox 3? I've send a message to support yesterday but didn't get an answer yet while in the other worlds that i play in i get a reply within a few minutes to a maximum of 5 hours

This. I think thatb on beta it is better to write on the Forum than to contact the Support (unlike production worlds, where the forum guys have almost no real connection to support and devs).

Well, i have good experiences with support on this world...it seems like they are replyaing much faster than on othet servers...but that was in my case so...
