suggestion for tabs that don't fit in the window

currently when shifting tabs the tabs only move for 100px, i think it would be more useful when rather than moving for a fixed amount of pixel, to move so far that only new tabs are visible

i don't know if the alliance forum already highlights forum tabs when they have new post, but it would help if the arrow would also be highlighted when there is a new post in a forum that's not visible with out moving the tabs

No, the alliance forum tabs do not highlight for new posts, unlike with the old version.

In the bottom left corner of the Screen there is already a [X] button to close all open windows.

It would be very useful to have there as well a [_] Button to minimize all open windows, instead of closeing them.

would making the tabs smaller be possible? and having them appear further down (vertically)?
especially for people with 15" screens the current size blocks all the vital information at the top of the screen.
