Acknowledged Spoilers don't work in Notes

Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge
Reproduction steps:

1. Create a spoiler in your notes.
2. Save it.
3. Look at it.

Detailed error description (What you see):
I see all spoiler content but without the wrapping of the spoiler itself or the name of the spoiler. However, this works in messages and alliance forums.

How it should be:
The content from spoilers should be wrapped by the belonging spoiler.
