Looks like the Community Goal calculation formula needs to be revised and linked to the active users count or be changed to what it used to be before this calculating system, as on zz2 it was not possible to achieve the goals.

I recall couple of years ago when there was another calculation formula, it was much much easier to accomplish all Community Goals
