I have a feeling that the height of the report window for "return from underworld" spell is bigger than it should be.
Compared to other report (and spell reports) usually the height of the innner frame is as big as required for text
i.e. in earthquake spell below
frame height is big enought just to hold required info and is not as big as the reports frame.
And only in cases where info to display is too much (i.e. support gets attacked) the "action" frame is as big as the report frame.
