Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Recruitment problems

I can no longer recruit troops..must confirm each order individually here..I enter the number of troops..then click on Insert troops..but nothing happened..look this Screen..

must confirm each order individually..it's just that way..the picture is of my German world Achilles..all scripts were disabled there..when I discovered this bug..

I found the same behavior here Arci..was just online on the Sandbox2..was the same as my German World..This button simply remains inactive here..

Yes, I made..I never thought about..Have previously recruited only over the barracks troops..I know that's not from..Once asked rather too much than not asked..
