Purification

Description of this spell says: All powers affecting the recipient are lifted.
If all spells are lifted... why not City protection too?

Descriptions of these spells disregard each other.

Purification costs higher amount of favor then City protection... I do not see any reason why City protection should not be eliminated by Purification.

City protection has the following description: "The city can't be affected by any spells for x hours." So this means that you just can't use any other spell on this city which also prevents the usage of Purification, even if the description says "All powers affecting the recipient are lifted".

Yep, I just point on maybe confusing tooltips.
Other case... lighting bolt.
Damages a random building in the selected city.

Some detailed (how it damages, how much... if it is always -1 level or it can be more...) info is nowhere. If you made clear description for Patroness, it should be made maybe for next spells too.

In reinforcements effects - there is no information that you need enough population to get units. It seems they are fully free but they are not.
