Fixed Olympus: Portal attacks don´t work

Reproduction steps:

1. . Choose "portal attack" to launch an attack against Olympus
2. . See that the attack window now also shows an (empty) tab "strategies"
3. . Press the "send" button and (in most cases) get an error message stating that the selected attack strategies don´t exist - and the attack is not getting launched.

Detailed error description (What you see):

Quite obviously the additional (and empty)"strategy" tab is causing the problem, You cannot chose any strategies, and yet the error message says that the chosen strategies don´t exist.
