Acknowledged Notifications not at the corner

Steps to reproduce:
Notifications are not in the right corner now

Detailed error description (What you see):
New notifications are not in the right corner now. if I move to town/ocean, all notifications are in the corner.
But if I have new notifications - they are at center again

I've clean cache - the same
