I would like to recommend moving the Notification Box that notifies you when the queue is complete to be moved so that it prevents misclicks for those who do not want to be notified when trying to queue troops.
I would recommend moving it to underneath where the que of the troops are, above the Commander offer (if you do not have him).
I myself have had to wait for the game to reload so that I can continue queuing troops after accidentally clicking the Notification box, which I wouldn't have to worry about if that box wasn't there.
I haven't had this issue when queuing the harbor, but I would recommend moving it in a similar place, for consistency (above the Phoenician merchant).
